Meet Theo

With a background in Western Medicine and a heart full of devotion for the Vedic worldview, Theo is an accredited yoga teacher, bodyworker, ceremonialist, and coach-in-training sincerely committed to embodied collective well-being.

Theo lives and serves on Bundjalung Country and delights in offering Abhyanga to the Northern Rivers community from a cosy, nature-enveloped studio on a small organically-tended property in Myocum.
